Careers at Adharshila<\/h2>\n

As an organization based in a remote tribal setting, we operate eighteen primary centers (called Satellites<\/em>) and one high school, mostly serving to the Saharia first generation school going adivasi<\/em> children. Our small family includes around 1000 children and 40 teachers. A team of young dreamers, we believe in child centric progressive education, and strive towards making schooling a process of developing a critical thinker.<\/p>\n

A good teacher is always welcome at Adharshila. The primary requirement to become one is that you must have unconditional love for children. Secondarily an applicant should have a graduate degree and a competent professional degree (BEd or DElEd). An experience of teaching is also welcome.<\/p>\n
